Bass are on the Beds In the southern 2/3rds of Indiana bass are spawning. Lots of lakes have them sitting on beds, deep lakes like Glenn Flint are still in pre-spawn. Some bass in shallow lakes have finished spawning. Give them a couple weeks after they spawn, and they'll be getting into summer patterns. Anglers fishing Plover Pit have seen some monster bass on beds, but cannot get them to bite on anything. When fishing Driftwood FWA water is extremely clear and fish will spook very easy. If you can get them to bite anyway ! Alright, where's my dynomite sticks lol I want to tell you Plover Pit is a night bite lake. Fish it in the day and you'll be lucky to catch anything except for dink bluegill, and stocked channel catfish. There are a couple musky hotspots in the lake. Maybe I'll write about that later.
